The City Council and EDA Meeting for Blaine, MN from December 16, 2024

 

Agenda items include the 2025 Truth in Taxation Meeting, which covers the adoption of the 2025 Property Tax Levy and City Budgets, as well as resolutions to adopt the 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program. Additional items include a purchase agreement for 10500 Nassau St. NE and the first reading to repeal and amend several subcommittee adjustments. The EDA meeting followed the Council meeting, during which the 2025 EDA fund budget and Property Tax Levy were adopted.
