The City Council & EDA Meeting for Blaine, MN from April 7, 2025

 

Agenda items include a resolution to accept a bid from Asphalt Surface Technologies Corporation; approval of the assignment of a purchase agreement involving Tompkins Development; a cost share agreement with HJ Development; and a resolution declaring the City's official intent to reimburse certain expenditures related to the purchase agreement and infrastructure cost sharing at the southwest corner of 125th Avenue and Lexington Avenue. The EDA meeting included approval of a resolution granting a $75,000 loan to The Wild Hare Blaine LLC for the build-out of space at 10340 Baltimore Street.
